- ADVANCED COMPUTER LAB
DITE has huge tastefully designed fully equipped state-of-the-art multistoried computer Center buildings having labs, with underground network cabling and centralized controlling equipment for monitoring network workstations. The students avail computer facilities on one-to-one basis for long hours. All the labs are networked and 24-hours internet facility is available through Internet Leased Line of speed 2 Mbps.
The Computer centers are designed, laid out and equipped so scientifically that students can spend hours together at the terminal without fatigue.
The total infrastructural facilities available at our computer centers in terms of hardware, software and collection of books comply with International standards and encourage students to develop their own application programs.
Institute has Software License Agreement with Microsoft Inc under Microsoft Campus Agreement thus all computer labs are equipped with original Microsoft Software’s viz. Windows XP, Office-2007, DOT.NET, VJ++, VB, VC++,MSDN help library, Microsoft Exchange Server, Share point, Windows-2000 Server’s-Server etc. Other than the Microsoft software labs are also equipped with other application software’s Turbo C, CAD, CASE Tools etc.
- Physics Lab
Physics Lab is compulsory lab for all branches first year students, In this lab students refine their conceptual knowledge of applied physics with the help of state of the Art scientific tools.
- Chemistry Lab
Chemistry Lab is compulsory lab for all branches first year students, In this lab students refine their conceptual knowledge of applied chemistry with the help of chemical reagents.
- Workshop
Engineering student is supposed to be a problem solver; he/she must able to get a glimpse of all kind of work that happens in any kind of Industry irrespective of his/her specialization. Keeping that in mind students are given hand-on exercises in workshop to familiarize with various kind of basic engineering works under Blacksmith Shop, Carpentry Shop, Maudling Shop, Sheet Metal Shop etc.
- Basic Electrical & Electronic Lab
it has well equipped devices with modern technologies. Bread Broad realization for each specified experiment so the students can understand all practical aspects of the experiments.
- Network and system Lab
This lab consist of different sophisticated instruments including Dual trace CRO, function generator and multi meters.
- Electronic lab
Electronic lab deals with inner aspects of the basic elements used in devices such as TV. Computer, transmitter, receiver, etc.
- PCB & Electronic workshop
PCB is the basic part upon which the lay out of whole circuit is done. this is basic building block of any instrument. This is a highly equipped lab consisting of all modern design equipment.
- Measurement Lab
It includes basic equipments related with the automation and controls any system. In addition, it is used for the calibration and measurement of physical quantities.
- Communication Lab
It deals with the communication aspects of the industry, that is how communication is done between different devices in what is the phenomenon used to increase the effectiveness of communication.
- Electric Machine Lab
Machine lab includes basic electrical machinery, motors & generators that are used in modern heavy industries.
- Computer Organization Lab
It deals with digital circuiting of computer system. This lab is based on bread board implementation of different combinational sequential circuits .
- Microprocessor Lab
Microprocessor is one of the most advanced and sophisticated integrated circuit through which all the task and micro level are performed. It also deals with the software implementation of the experiment through MASM software.
- Computer System Programming Lab
This lab is compulsory to all B.Tech-1st year students, Students are provided exhaustive exposure on C language, DOS, Microsoft office (Word, Power Point, EXCEL, and ACCESS etc), UNIX Commands etc.
- Data Structure Lab
Data Structure programming is an important expectation from computer professionals. In Data Structure lab students are provided wide exposure to typical data structures programming with the help of C/C++ and Java.
- Numerical Technique Lab
In Numerical Technique lab students practice on various computerized techniques to solve mathematical calculations and transformations.
- Data Base Management Lab
Systematic Management of raw data and thus to convert into organized information is the objective of DBMS. In DBMS Lab students are provided practical exposure on latest data base management packages viz Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, MySQL etc.
- Object-Oriented Systems and Java Programming Lab
Object-Oriented techniques are the better alternatives of procedural programming. In Object-Oriented Systems Lab students practice on various modeling tools that are used to design object oriented designs and convert in programming code. Under this lab students also practice on fundamental and advance features of Java Language.
- Web Technology Lab
In web technology lab students are supposed to learn and develop static and dynamic websites using various web technologies viz. HTML, JDBC, JSP, XML, ASP, ASP. NET, VBScript etc.
- Software Engineering Lab
In software engineering lab students practice on various CASE tools to implement SDLC. Students also develop software’s in this lab following systemic approaches of software development life cycle.
- Operating System Lab
In operating system lab students learn fundamentals of operating system development and practice on advanced features as development of DOS/UNIX commands, TSR programming, System programming etc.
- Software Project Development Lab
This State-or-the-Art lab is design to promote research and develop in the field of software project development. Pre-final and final year students utilize their time to research on newer software development tools. They develop real life software projects in team under this lab.
- Information System Lab
Development of computerized Information system is a useful asset for any organization. In Information system lab students learn to develop and optimize the systematic approaches and tools to develop information system and then to computerized them.
- Computer Graphics Lab
Under this lab students conceptualize and realize their innovative thinking in the field of graphics and simulations. They are provided exhaustive practical exposure of C graphics, Open GL, Java graphics etc.
- Mechanical Engineering Lab
In mechanical engineering lab first year students practice on various fundamental mechanical engineering approaches and tools.
- Heat and Mass Transfer Lab
In this lab students learn typical concepts related to mass transfer, they also verify various heat and mass transfer theories.
- Machine Design Lab
In this lab students practice on various systematic approaches that are used in designing of the machines.
- Language Lab
The language laboratory is a very powerful concept that has been successfully implemented to introduce global English Speaking skills to various groups of learners.
